California Consumer Privacy Rights
This notice adds to our Privacy Policy for California residents, as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requires. It covers the last 12 months.
What we collect
- Identifiers: your name, email address, postal address, phone number and IP address.
- Commercial information: what you've ordered, your subscription, returns and refunds.
- Internet activity: the pages you view, what you add to your cart, and whether you open or click our emails.
We collect these from you and from your device when you use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use them and which service providers receive them. Card numbers are handled by Shopify's checkout, and we never see them.
Selling and sharing
We don't sell personal information for money. We do share browsing, device and purchase information with Google to measure our ads and show them to people who have visited the site, which the CCPA calls "sharing." We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.
To opt out, use the Your Privacy Choices page or email us. We also treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as an opt-out.
Your rights
- Know: ask what personal information we've collected about you, where it came from, why, and who we've shared it with.
- Delete: ask us to delete it, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as tax records.
- Correct: ask us to fix anything that's wrong.
- Opt out: of sharing for advertising, as above.
- Equal treatment: we won't charge you more or serve you differently for using any of these rights.
How to make a request
Email support@trucellsupplements.com with the subject "California privacy request" and tell us which right you're using. We'll confirm it's you by matching the email address on your orders, and we'll respond within 45 days. Someone you've authorised can make the request for you, with your written permission.
