Trucell Supplements ships anywhere in the United States, including the U.S. Territory of Puerto Rico. Orders confirmed Monday to Friday will ship within 48 business hours. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays, will begin processing on the following business day and ship within 48 business hours.
When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you don't receive tracking information, contact us directly and we will provide it.

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather conditions, and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution center in Carrolton, Texas.
P.O. Box / APO FPO Addresses
We deliver to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO addresses with our USPS Ground Shipping option.

GUIDELINES FOR RETURN.
1) Supplements and Apparel must be received by the Results Team within 30 days after delivery.
2) Apparel must be received by the Results Team unworn, unwashed, with tag and in good condition.
3) Supplements must be received by the Results Team unopened with the seal still intact.
4) Supplement returns are only accepted if purchased through trucellsupplements.com. We are unable to process returns, nor provide prepaid return labels for third party retailer purchases.

If you don't qualify for our return policy above you may still qualify for our 90-day money back guarantee. We understand that supplements aren't a one size fits all and we want our community to be happy with their purchase.
Within 90 days of receiving your product, if you are dissatisfied in any way, we will refund your order no questions asked. Multiple bottles, foods, apparel and gear do not fall under this guarantee, however, they may be applicable for return. Please contact us via email below and we will help make it right.
